About our Decaffeinated Coffee
Our Colombia decaffeinated yields a sweet caramel flavour and is processed using the chemical free Swiss Water Method. Water is used to soften the beans and pressure is used to extract the caffeine, leaving a minimal 3% residue. The resulting green beans are then roasted for consumption.
Cupping notes: A stone-fruit and berry-like acidity with a creamy body and a chocolate finish.
